Jack is an outstanding golf instructor! He's energetic, patient, and really knows how to bring out the best in your game. He explains everything clearly and in a way that makes sense, no matter your skill level. Since working with Jack, my technique and confidence have improved so much. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping you succeed. I highly recommend Jack to anyone looking to take their golf game to the next level!
Came here for golf fitness training and it really increased my mobility. Scott is a great trainer
Scott is AMAZING ! He works with my high school son who is in baseball and basketball and the stretches and training are things that are keeping him out of pain (especially as he grows) and are not things he has done before despite having other trainers. I highly recommend Scott!
I have been taking the group workout classes for a while now and I am always excited to go back. Scott puts together a great workout while keeping in mind everyone’s abilities, goals, and past injuries. I always leave the class knowing that I pushed myself and got a great workout in!
I've been training with Scott for a few years now in group fitness classes and private sessions, he is extremely knowledgeable and encouraging. Has been great for golf fitness, tennis fitness, and general strength and conditioning AND mobility. Scott takes the time to understand your goals and tailors each session to your needs. The gym itself is always clean and well-equipped. Highly recommend for anyone, regardless of fitness level.
