GARBAGE FUNERAL HOME!!!! My Navy and Marine Corp Veteran Father was taken to this funeral home and they went above and beyond to make things DIFFICULT and UNCOMFORTABLE as if the situation isn't hard enough already. They harrassed me for money when I was told I had 120 days to come up with funds for a simple cremation during that time I was in the middle of getting control over my father's estate and they made sure to call me and my lawyer incencently without a trace of compassion from anyone. THE WORST EXPERIENCE I'VE EVER HAD! From the beginning I never had a good feeling when talking to the people who run this business. I was assured by the director all was well when I arrived after finding out my father had passed a month before I was contacted. My father is a veteran of the Marine Corp and The Navy, serving 40 years for this country. The director mentioned he as well, was a veteran. There are no words to describe the quality of care, love and support that the staff at Unity Memorial provided to my family through this difficult time. My wonderful father passed away suddenly and right from the start of this terrible ordeal they were amazing. They treated my father with such love and respect and we will forever be grateful. The staff were helpful and even saved us money when other funeral homes were charging us needlessly. We were all very pleased. They were a Godsend. They are truly a cut above the rest. ... read more

"Unity to me is the best out there"! When my grandma pass away i was torn between Unity and Zanders. I am thankful i went with Unity. Mr. Schofield had grandma looking like a queen. My grandma had lost a great deal of weight. He made her look like she had lost no weight! On the day of her homegoing the service was conducted in excellent. The thing i like the most about Mr. Schofield he is a man to his word. I want to give thanks to everyone who works at Unity Memorial for making this process easier and professional. Tomorrow is never promised but if that tomorrow comes you can count on this funeral home to help you every step of the way. The professionalism, respect, counseling and love � is something I will always hold dear to my heart.
