I came here 7 months pregnant. I filled housing applications for every area in upstate and made an effort to be in safe in my own home within 3-5 months. I was told I as being impatient. Moving too fast and I was condemned for being proactive. My caseworker didn’t like me along questions about the process and they ego tripped off telling multiple pregnant victims of do that we’d be there for a year or more SHAME ON THEM.
