RUN. DONT WALK, RUN TO A DIFFERENT COMPANY!!!!! Was with this company for years and had nothing but problems from the beginning with Susan. She would constantly demand to come to our home at the last minute for recerts. When we complained enough she started scheduling them in advance and yet we somehow always ended up with a different person at our home cause Susan was always busy. Best company there is will always recommend to anyone in need of services
Not reliable and very dishonest! The woman will sign you up without having any extra aides. Then, she will make up lies about the clients when she is at fault for not fulfilling her promises. Not a good company. I wouldn't even give it one star if I didn't have to do it. People really do need to own up to their mistakes and these type of companies should not be signing people up when they know they don't have the aides to cover the clients.
