Great welcoming and well furninshed gym Coaches Dan, Phuoc, Mon and Adrian are very attentive and focus on helping you perform to your best. They know when to push you, and how to motivate everyone individually making for a very high performing environment. To top it all off, they are extremely friendly, welcoming and inclusive. No matter your level of fitness, strength or ability, they are able to cater to everyone.
First gym I’ve stepped into and been so comfortable in! Coaches are amazing and super welcoming!!

The most welcoming gym. I did not feel intimidated at all when starting at Unity. The coaches are really helpful at giving cues to help with complex movements. There’s fun banter and just an all round epic vibe! I’m definitely going to miss training here and will be 100% be back when in Melbourne
I started on a 7 day trial and I’ve never left! Absolutely love this place & everything they’re about. The facility is great and always clean. The coaches are always a vibe & genuinely care for you & your growth. The community is so lovely & welcoming. The quality & variety of classes on offer is perfect for me especially as a shift worker (10am & 12pm classes are my go to haha).
