When I walked into the facility, the receptionist was very welcoming, and the facility was very clean. I wanted to thank Dr. Willen and Dr. Breire for taking their time to make me understand and be relieved about my situation..I didn't feel scared to talk to them both. I was able to breath and tell them both how I feel and what my concerns were. They were both very knowledgeable and made me feel good, so I can walk out of there with a smile.They asked all the questions and made sure I didn't have anything else to worry about... read more
Wish I could leave 0 stars Dr Lutz is an extremely arrogant man who is super proud of how he turned out. Personally, I don't see it... like, at all. Scheduling took forever
This place is a total joke. I went there one time and they did a few test then had me go get a ct and after I got the results I’ve been trying to call for a follow up appointment or to even talk to somebody about the results and how we can move forward with helping me and they won’t return a phone call. Been trying to get ahold of them for three weeks now and still nothing. Anytime I do get ahold of somebody they just send me to another line that nobody ever answers or returns a call.
Very dissatisfied ! I have been there 3 times. My problem is not solved and now compacted with the suggestion that I am loosing hearing and not much can be done. All this may be true but at what point does one see a medical doctor. ? 3 visits with Rachael and no offer to see a doctor to confirm her suspicions or offer a solution. When I got upset today was the first time I was offered a doctor consult. Stories today conflicted with stories from last visit.
