The help I have received while my Doctor is on an extensive leave has been virtually non-existent.
Dr Gedeon at Unity Health Seasons rd is terrible! Doesn’t listen to you. She is not even my regular doctor, I had to see her because my regular Dr is on leave. All I saw her for was I needed a prescription refill. She took it upon herself tomorrow lower the prescribed amount. No reason. One I’ve been on for 30 yrs. Was not having any problems with it at all. It’s a prescription that has been written by four different Drs over the years who apparently thought the prescription amount was ok. This location is beautiful and very spacious, which I prefer. It is well-run, efficient, and I am in and out in no time. My doctor is Erika Hannigan, and I am very pleased with her care. She is easygoing, knowledgeable, quick, and to the point, but will give you the attention needed. I mostly use the patient portal for medication refills, which couldn't be easier; however, any messages I have sent do get responded to.
This place is beautiful and modern and the entire staff is friendly and super helpful. I've never had to wait an inordinate amount of time to be seen and Dr. Scott is the best doctor I've had in forever. She's kind, compassionate, and actually listens to concerns. I've not been this impressed with a healthcare provider.. ever!
