Terrible terrible terrible service. They don't know anything about the doctors or offices they are supposed to be serving. They're just playing middle man between you and your doctor. Can't relay messages. Can't call you back. Can't help, they just make everything much harder.
I loved my primary care doctor. Loved the front desk receptionist. However, recently after dealing with other office staff and the office manager that introduced herself as Valerie I’m not as confident with their office. The office manager did not have good communication with my dr and then did not have good communication with me. Valerie said they could not swab for strep and insinuated that CVS was not right when they do that process of swabbing then sending to a lab. This office, the doctors, nurses and administrative staff within, are of the best family health care providers I've ever encountered. Their level of genuine care shines bright, they are highly professional, and always responsive. I give them my highest recommendation.
I would give 0 stars if i could...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL.....Had a appointment in December. Gave them all my info before hand. Healthcare i have ect. Called me the day of my appointment asked me if i could move it. I said not a problem. Moved it to jan 27 being the soonest they could get me in......having flare ups between December and jan 27 and being in pain.
