I've always had great care from the whole staff. The entire building is clean. Labs are pricey but I'm not sure it's this clinics fault so I don't really want to unjustly fault them for that.
The receptionist that picked up the phone was very very rude. I could even get all that I need to say out my mouth before she rudely interrupted me asking for a DOB. I know they don't fix problems and such but they should listen to a patient before interrupting someone talking. This is the 1st time this happened I tried to let it go thr 1st time but now I am writing a review and next time the complaint will be reported to a higher-up
