Excellent massage. I had been in a car accident the day before I received a massage from Brady. He really listened to what I needed and specifically worked the areas that I asked for. I left the table feeling nurtured, relaxed, and without the soreness that I had arrived with. Very effective and deeply enjoyable. The shiatsu work with his feet was exceptional!
I received an incredible massage from Brady at Unity Healing Arts! It was my first experience with an Ashiatsu style massage and I would recommend it to anyone who is seeking a really deep and cohesive experience. I live in the UK and vacation in Montreat. I've recently gotten a bit of tendonitis in my shoulder and booked an appointment with Eliza. She gave me a 1 hour deep tissue massage today and it was the best deep tissue massage I've ever had. And I have had many over the past years. Just wanted to let you know, it did wonders!
Just got such an amazing Ashiatsu session! My therapist was intuitive & sensitive, and she really honed in on my trouble spots in my neck and back. Left feeling 100% better, calm, refreshed, grounded. Excellent work!
