I was really inexperienced with the shoulder. And I have a slap tear in my right shoulder. Rad showed me how to train my shoulder with this injury and now I 4 months later i am painfree and I continue to get stronger with my presses and pulls. It feels so good and I actually was close to surgery and now I don’t need it 💯💯💯💯 thank you

So glad I found Unity. I’ve had shoulder and knee pain for around 12 years. I’ve been to PTs in the past, and sure - the pain goes away and I get a handful of exercises to do. But when it’s time to get back to training intensely the pain would return. And I’d be back to square one. But What Rad has built with Unity to me has been amazing.
