Started 6 weeks ago and already see some progress. Started because of shoulder pain on both sides, so Bad I cant lie on my side at Night. I had Shoulder Pain for 15 months. Within 6 weeks I went from 8kg Dumbbell floor press with pain to 20kg dumbbell flat bench press full ROM with only slight discomfort. Very structured training customised program and gradually helps increasing range of motion. Great follow up from the Coach Rad.I joined for my shoulder SLAP tear and i can say after about 5-6 weeks, i can see improvements and that's very satisfying. Rad created a fully custom program for me that took my injury and limitations into account, and it has made a huge difference. His attention to detail is outstanding. He gives thorough feedback on exercise form, makes sure every movement is safe and effective, and really focuses on long-term recovery and strength. I am about 6 weeks into the program and feeling much better, after suffering for more than 6 months.
I’ve been battling shoulder issues since I was 20. Always been big into calisthenics and weight lifting. Officially torn my labrum after 6 dislocations. Did surgery, on and off PT for over 3 years. No results. Rad program had already got me seeing strengthening and less pain with his program. It’s been only 3 weeks. Will post progress videos once I’m back to doing pull ups!
The structured, progressive method used in UMS has always made sense to me and I’m glad I finally bit the bullet, having sat on the sidelines for far too long.
