Best coaching and community in the Oak Creek area. Alex works closely with each member - knowing that every person is unique and at a different place in their fitness journey. Absolutely love my gym!
Been to a few gyms in the surrounding areas and I’m so glad I came to Unity! Great community and great coach who takes time to listen to you and works with you to achieve your goals!
I love the community at Unity Fitness and Training. The members are very welcoming and encourage each other to hit that new PR or to finish a workout. Alex has great programming and helps members scale movements as needed. He also provides nutritional help which was something I was struggling with. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
Amazing coaches!
I moved to the area about a year ago and started working out here about a couple month ago. I wish I gave it a chance earlier. This is a great place to workout at with an awesome community and a pretty rad owner. This CrossFit gym has to be the best in the area!
