John is very knowledgeable and will put you through a great workout. There is plenty of equipment and the gym is very clean 👍🏼🙏🏻
John is most incredible trainer I have ever had! All of the employees are great. The atmosphere is motivational and non-judgemental. Any concern you have, you can be guaranteed that your trainer will do their own research to make sure you are training properly and efficiently
