John is very knowledgeable and will put you through a great workout. There is plenty of equipment and the gym is very clean 👍🏼🙏🏻
John is most incredible trainer I have ever had! All of the employees are great. The atmosphere is motivational and non-judgemental. Any concern you have, you can be guaranteed that your trainer will do their own research to make sure you are training properly and efficiently
This is the 1st gym I've ever been to where it is not "intimidating" to be in. All of the trainers are always encouraging you. My personal trainer John, is incredibly knowledgeable and it clearly shows. I have been suffering from extreme sciatic pains. He helped me get rid of it in 2 weeks after going to Physical Therapy for 4 months and seeing no improvement. His accountability with his clients means a lot!
