Coach Zara and Chris are absolute Class! Everything you need is there! Everyone is really friendly and a fantastic Craic! Proper trainings, and everyone is welcome!
Joined since covid, all I knew was my kids, house stuff and was having a impact on my mental health also taking into account I have a stammer, talked to Zara, joined and it took quite a while to get out of my shell but love Chris and Zara (Sandie you are missed), and everyone in the gym is welcome and friendly, seen a huge improvement over time and that has be positive. Highly recommended
A year ago I reached out to Zara at Unity Fitness. Within this time I have seen such an improvement in my strength and overall fitness. The 3D body scanner is great for tracking your progress and motivating you. The coaches will support and encourage you to ensure you reach your goals. Every session is structured for all fitness levels in a small group environment. Being part of a such a great gym community is an added bonus!! I would highly recommend joining this small group gym.
