The level of professionalism seriously needs to be studied there. I have been going through an ordeal for a near 6 months now. TOTAL INCOMPETENCE! From the start 3 years ago when I entered into a Pre-need funeral contract thru a local Texas funeral home Unity couldn't follow their own contract. They were not suppose to debit my monthly premium until a specific date and they took it out before then.
