Most ill-mannered and discourteous team I've ever made a call to. Not recommending to ANY clients anymore.
I've been receiving solicitation calls for months and have asked to be taken off of their list every time. Today when they called, I asked to be removed and hung up. They immediately called back and said "Ms. Gordon, I will not be removing you from our list" then hung up on me. I tried to calling both numbers back several times, with no answer. Very unprofessional. If I ask to be removed from a call list, I expect it to be done. I have been respectful, but will not be the next time I receive a call from them.

If you do, you may want to consider trying to get life insurance with another company, I would if I had a policy with this company. As a funeral director, I sometimes assist families in filing their life insurance policies; sometimes the families want to use the life insurance policy to pay for the funeral expenses, other times the family just likes a little assistance in filing the claim, since we are familiar with the process.
