Been trying to get mother in laws insurance benefits since October 2022. Sent in all the paperwork, several times and they have told us that paperwork from our county's clerk of courts looks doctored. Even sent original with notarized stamp. They are ridiculous every time you call you speak to someone else, no one seems to know what's going on, they've sent us the same exact letter at least four times now.
