I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my recent ultrasound appointment. The technician who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a short haired woman with the specs.From the moment I walked in, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She didn’t explain the procedure properly, barely made eye contact, and made me feel like I was a burden just for being there. I recently visited this diagnostic centre with my wife for her pregnancy ultrasound—it was her second visit and my first. Overall, we had a very good experience. The reception staff were welcoming, the facility was clean, and the appointment was right on time, which we truly appreciated. I would just like to kindly share a small observation. Updated Review – June 11, 2025 This was my first time visiting this clinic, and unfortunately, it was a deeply disappointing experience. On June 11, 2025, both my family member and I had scheduled fasting ultrasound appointments at 10:30 AM. We arrived on time, having fasted for over 12 hours, yet we weren’t taken in until around 10:57 AM and 11:06 AM—while a white walk-in patient who arrived after us was seen first.
