We visited the unity diagnostic centre and we had a great experience with technologist Saima. She is polite, calm, kind and explained everything clearly which made us comfortable during the visit. The receptionists are also friendly. Highly recommended.

I had a very disappointing and uncomfortable experience during my recent ultrasound appointment. The technician who assisted me was extremely rude and unprofessional. She was a short haired woman with the specs.From the moment I walked in, her attitude was cold and dismissive. She didn’t explain the procedure properly, barely made eye contact, and made me feel like I was a burden just for being there. I recently visited this diagnostic centre with my wife for her pregnancy ultrasound—it was her second visit and my first. Overall, we had a very good experience. The reception staff were welcoming, the facility was clean, and the appointment was right on time, which we truly appreciated. I would just like to kindly share a small observation.
