Dental care itself was fine. The office staff is terrible. I needed their NPI number in order to submit my invoice for reimbursement from my Medicare advantage plan. The person who answered the phone was arrogant and refused to give me the number even though it is public information and any other time I have ever asked a doctor or dentist for the number I receive it immediately and with no questions asked.
