Is it worth getting frustrated about the small things like a cancellation for a doctors or dental apt that you didn't cancel? Yes, it is…. I hate when someone says "I'm sorry for the issue, but unfortunately it was canceled" Making it sound like I cancelled even after proving that I hadn't canceled the appointment. Heck! I called the two others on MYChart account to make sure, and they said NO! But the Hispanic women (who wasn’t helping at all but only running her mouth) literally had no problem making a patient feel like it... read more
