Better than peace health but not by much! My primary care who I had gotten to get away from medical malpractice at peace health (as per usual) that being said my primary care here literally forgets who I am with each visit!! (: (also the fact that I can go to a different ER and get the pain management I need but here just because I smoke marijuana to help with fibromyalgia/rheumatoid arthritis I can't get much more than Tylenol it's ridiculous)
One would think that after canceling an appointment twice that my daughter could at least be seen on time. If we showed 20 minutes late we wouldn't be seen and probably get charged $$$ penalty. This is Ridiculous. I write this as I sit here watching several be seen the showed up well after us.
Professional, friendly staff, from the front desk to the dental assistant and the Dentist! I feel so grateful to be a patient here! Thank you Unity Care Dental!!!
I arrived lightly late, to appointments I sit and wait an hour in lobby to see my doctor. The lady immediately said because I got there ten minutes late. The doctor visit is just canceled. So unprofessional for a mental health visit!!!!!
Geez, the wait time is ridiculous! Get there on time you wait for your name call and wait an hour for the dr to check on you for 10 minutes and leaves another 30-45 minutes for maybe a prescription and the get to go.
