Geez, the wait time is ridiculous! Get there on time you wait for your name call and wait an hour for the dr to check on you for 10 minutes and leaves another 30-45 minutes for maybe a prescription and the get to go.
Very disappointed with my recent interactions with the Unity Care staff. My Unity Care PCP for the past 10-years recently resigned for improved local career opportunities. I have had positive and negative experiences ever since. Recently while checking-in, the front desk staff advised me that I was required to complete the Unity Care demographics form. The gatekeepers at Unity care are not helpful at all. My wife tried to contact them to solve a dire medical problem. She is no longer able to walk or get to the doctor and was looking for help to determine what steps to take. Not only did they offer no helpful solutions, they hung up on her after saying that is all we can do(you must come in to see the doctor-there is no other option).
