Everyone is friendly, the music is good, you have fun while getting a serious workout and Burlesque is like no other class you'll ever take! Highly recommended!

I started going to classes at Unity in August. My son was about 6 months old, and even though I was very active before he was born, I hadn't worked out since. It was difficult because he was always with me. I wasn't willing to go to the gym and put him in the day care because if I had free time I wanted to spend it with him. I have been attending classes at Unity Barre and Wellness in Rancho Cucamonga since August of 2014, and I honestly love everything about it. The teachers are knowledgeable and friendly, and it always feels like nobody ever has a bad day at this studio. One of my favorite things about Unity Barre is that all three instructors come from different backgrounds, so every one of them teaches class differently. I have been taking class at Unity since August of last year and it is phenomenal. Its amazing how well this form of exercise works - and its fun so the time just flies by and you're done before you know it. Unity is unique in offering other Wellness sessions as well for nutrition, and healing, making it a very well-rounded place. The staff are all incredible and I have had the pleasure of taking class with all the different teachers. Will definitely continue taking class and enjoy everything Unity has to offer! :)
