Saw a non-emergency van for this service speeding down a center turn lane for 1/4 mile today. Very dangerous, aggressive driving.

Unity Ambulance Services is not affordable but also dependable. Staffed with Mostly Certified Firefighters and EMTs so the patient wellbeing is first and far most. I'd recommend this service to anyone needing assistance.

Been using them for my dad since about Jan.Staff not fully trained to actually handle taking elderly down/up at least 6steps on a porch so you’ll have to get them down and or up any steps before they’ll assist…even if they’re in a wheelchair. Drivers are rude and disrespectful and will literally argue with you right then and there.I can honestly say that Management seemed nothing like their staff/drivers. Unity Ambulance Service provides such great care of their patients. Being present in the dialysis center as they bring their patients in is something to experience. They have a rapport with the patients that's different and special. The patients are full of smiles and laughs even after undergoing treatment. I've overheard them on several occasions referring to the patients family members by name and even finding time in their schedule to accommodate the patients by taking them to other appointments at no cost.
