We have been banking at Unitus for quite a while. They have never let us down. They are always super helpful whenever we need something! We love this credit union and all of the people who work there!!!!
I have been to 3 Unitus branches (Barnes Rd, Tanasbourne, Beaverton Hillsdale Hwy) in the past week, Trying to fit in opening an account into my busy schedule. I’ve been turned away for lack of time on the part of the branch each time. I wanted to use Unitus because it is close to my house and I believe in using credit unions rather than banks, but they have showed me that they are not interested in helping a new member open an account. Rude.
I have been banking here for a while now and it has always been a friendly efficient bank, however.. recently I have been going back and forth with Rina there - trying to get my credit score back to decent rate, after overcoming some difficult financial times - She, in particular, has been outstanding in her care, empathy, help and understanding.. Unitus - Beaverton branch - I've been a member since the mid 1980's. There have been a LOT of life-changes in those decades, and I have been consistently delighted by their astute customer service. Now, I'm super-happy with their upgrade online, backed, still, by great people.
I stopped by this location to do a transaction on an account I have at another bank. The manager, Joe, was so helpful! We had a great conversation, and he helped me come up with a solution for a banking issue I was having. He may have me switching over to Unitus. Great customer service!
