Love Unitus! There simply cannot be a better bank or credit union that cares about the average everyday people and their communities more. They are so supportive of local small businesses and making sure that our area thrives. Truly great people. Now that all being said I hope that they continue to grow so their technology can expand. I don’t know who I spoke with on the phone, I was transferred to a gentleman who handled my general inquiry. I was inquiring about a personal loan and mentioned how it was suggested to me that I apply with smaller credit unions, he responded “Honestly, I don’t know who would even tell you to do that. Ummmmmm….” Lots of pauses, hms, and I don’t knows. I did end up taking his recommendations for other lenders, which ended up being loans strictly for automobiles, not personal loans as I stated before.
