I don’t know who I spoke with on the phone, I was transferred to a gentleman who handled my general inquiry. I was inquiring about a personal loan and mentioned how it was suggested to me that I apply with smaller credit unions, he responded “Honestly, I don’t know who would even tell you to do that. Ummmmmm….” Lots of pauses, hms, and I don’t knows. I did end up taking his recommendations for other lenders, which ended up being loans strictly for automobiles, not personal loans as I stated before.

I called into the beaverton branch today. Whoever Bri is whether she works there or remotely is incredibly rude and condescending. ***Updating this review in response to yet another condescending message under this review from yet another unitus employee, Andrea. As I stated above, I said Bri was rude and condescending. I never said the issue had to do with the amount of fees that were reversed - but by the way she spoke to me. Relisten to your recorded lines if needed. I will be closing my accounts and banking elsewhere.
Good friendly service-very helpful
I've been with UNITUS for a long time and they are everything I wanted in a community credit union. They provide professional and friendly customer service and always are willing to answer questions and give assistance with loans, name changes and other administrative transactions. I feel that my private information and bank information are safe with UNITUS.
