So happy I chose locally owned and operated UNITS over their national competitor! Their prices were much more reasonable and I was always able to talk with a live person. They were easy to work with and were very flexible and responsive with my time schedule. The drop off and delivery went smoothly and the UNIT was placed exactly where I needed it! Everyone from customer service to the delivery guys were friendly and professional. I'll definitely use UNITS again over any other when the need arises.
thought we were out of luck when we needed two pods for us to move last minute, but they were so patient and communicated very well. amazing customer service would never use a pod from anyone else ever again
