I’m leaving this review because of a data privacy concern that remains unresolved. I submitted a written request to be removed from all CRM, marketing, and charting systems. The owner did reach out personally and assured me that I would be removed, which I appreciated. I also asked that any photographs taken of me be deleted from the system — but I never received confirmation on that part. 10/10 service! Lavaya is not only highly experienced, but also made me feel completely comfortable and at ease during my Kenalog injection. The team is incredibly responsive, which is a huge plus. Thank you for being an absolute lifesaver! ♥️
Lavaya was so wonderful and professional. She made us feel comfortable and took the time to explain each service. She has a gentle hand and my daughter and I walked out of her spa feeling beautiful.
