How long does it take a company to make a decision to provide any assistance to its customers? This is the second time I have paid for an Audi tune. The car was totaled less than three months after being bought. NGP can't help; I've contacted Unitronic at least 4 times, and each time someone got back to me. I have a 2016 VW Tiguan 2.0 TSi 4Motion and recently installed the Stage 1+ ECU tune. I also got new NGK plugs and a high flow air filter. I asked customer service why no TCU tune available and did not get a solid answer. The trans seems to run a bit smoother, but I did recently change the trans and gear box fluids so not sure if the ECU tune has and real effect on the trans. Unitronic stage 1 for my mk2 tt is perfect for what I want it for, no disappointments in takeoff or to punch it to pass. Very impressed and looking to get stage 2 soon.
Zoe was extremely helpful with my intake order getting information for me and extremely nice in regards to my 5inch intake I order for my 2026 RS3, I am overall super happy with unitronic products I currently have the midpipes & turbo intlet aswell. What words can I use to leave a powerful negative review for a automotive engine Tuning site that sells high performance upgrade engine parts and tunes. I have a golf r mk8 that I had previously tuned to a stage 2. I want Tune the TCU computer to upgrade my transmission which is a DSG but at that point they did not have a tunable upgrade download so I could not upgrade my transmission the following year I purchased a whole TCU computer board that I placed in the transmission.
