Why hasn’t this page been updated in years?
Extremely poor customer service. Product was the AeroMist Ultrasonic Diffusing Mister 24 hour and it doesn't work. It was a gift and no receipt and they want to charge me a service charge and shipping when it is THEIR DEFECTIVE product that's causing the issues. $60 product thrown in the garbage. I'll tell all my friends to not bother buying from this company AND I will be emailing Bed Bath and Beyond about not buying this companies products. BB&B won't let me return it there because it's too much time has passed.
I purchase the Purilizer, Micro oil nebulizer as a special gift to my husband. This did not work. unfortunately I lost the the bill of sale and cannot return it. I was so hoping that it would work. So I guess I am out of $40.00. Hold on to your receipt. Sooooo very disapointed in this company.
