Pretty useless. At the start of my NDIS plan I was contacted and they explained my plan to me, and that was good. But that's the only contact I got. After that it was no response from emails. Eventually I called them about that and asked to transfer to a new LAC. The staff member LIED and said I could not transfer to another LAC even after I explained that I had called the NDIA and been told I could.
