Terrible!! New to NDIS, knew absolutely nothing about how it runs etc. Was given a LAC from the Parramatta office for my son(who was born intellectually disabled and deaf in 1 ear). She was quite robotic and sounded uninterested in my sons case, she put in very minimal effort at best, I had to always contact her for updates on my sons case, because of her lack of interest the outcome(which showed in the minimal funding approved)was VERY poor.
