The worst ever!!! I lived up north where the weather is actually kind of serious during the winter and I have never experienced outages like I do in Chichester NH. The outlier here is Unitil. Your website is equally awful. No autopay? Is this even a real company?
I was on a payment plan for 6 months to pay my bill off. Only was on it 2 months and they took it off. I posted the conversation that has happened.
They cut off our power with barely a day notice. And when we paid, they said it was not possible to restore power until the next day. Also, the customer service line closes way too early. If you have a power outage at night you can't even report it because the customer service is not open, I've tried.
Billing system is a user unfriendly maze of confusion.
Thank you-my electricity is working! Thank God for these electric companies and the needs they fufill!
