We had a power outage and the Unitil crews came here as promised and completed the work in a professional and courteous manner. Excellent service! 5 stars all the way!
The worst ever!!! I lived up north where the weather is actually kind of serious during the winter and I have never experienced outages like I do in Chichester NH. The outlier here is Unitil. Your website is equally awful. No autopay? Is this even a real company?
