Goodluck ever trying to call and get someone on the phone. You call and they automatically put you on hold. Will not tell you how long the wait will be, what number you are in line, or even give you the option to leave a callback number when you've been sitting on hold for hours with no update. Extremely upset I have to use this company for electricity as they're clearly absolutely awful with customer service. If I could -1 stars I would! Insane how little they care about the service they give there paying customers.
I wish any other company was available for service in my area. They scheduled work that resulted in power loss without prior notification. I have reptiles to keep warm and run small business from home. I will be sending an invoice for lost earnings.
This company would rather see NH residents die of cold by increasing rates so they can line their pockets. Shameful company.
Why are we constantly losing power?! It’s not rain snow or wind WTH is the problem ALL the time?!
