Paid by phone for the 3rd month in a row today. The website that I used to be able to pay with has locked me out, and when I request an email to change my password, the email never arrives no matter how many accounts I check, spam folders included. So, I use the phone payment system, and it takes me nearly 11 phone key entries just to be able to enter my card info. Unitil had an EV open-house on June 8, 2024 for owners of electric vehicles to display their cars and share their knowledge with those wanting to learn more from real owners. We test drove an Audi with nice guy Peter from Green Wave, one of the venders with two vehicles on display. The No. Hampton, NH co. specializes in used EV’s. Worst electric company ever. They are criminals!! I am sitting here in the dark unable to feed my kids because I was shut off with no warning after making payments that were not enough and they were automated monthly payments!! No calls emails texts or warnings of any kind that I was paying the wrong amount!! The website absolutely sucks! I am supposed to be paperless and emailed bills! They will up the rates several times a year and then email you ways to cut back. Lol! Joke of a company it's unbelievable that we have to give them our hard earned money.
