This Company is so unprofessional, unreliable, and unacceptable of the way they treat their clients!!! i have been without power for two days freezing in my home and had to get my elder dad and kids all under the age of 9 a hotel so we can stay in due to the no power! when you call all, they say were working on the matter no ETA or how they can help with the matter!! the fact that my dad is on dialyses and when the power went out at 11:00am two days ago and his machine can only last 4 hours without power we had to get him in... read more
