i agree! the counselors (especially the one i had) was HORRIBLE!!! i was waiting my financial stuff to go through and she said she was going to call me when she heard something. well 4 days later I call HER and she said "let me call you back in 15 min" she never called! WTF??? you call that professional? Yea her name was Joanne... sucked ass
