This company has the most terrible phone service. I was on the phone trying to get my approved services and they hung up on my call multiple times without calling back. Such a nightmare dealing with this company. Don't buy their insurance.
I have to say without a doubt United healthcare is the worst insurance. They have gone from having your back to greedy, corrupt, and price gouging their customers instead of covering the important things you need when you need them which is why you choose their insurance company in the first place .
