Call center for the most part is substandard to say the least!
My wife was insured by United Healthcare for about 5 years. Initially, the service was good and they paid for health services as we expected. In 2025, they began to reject paying on in network services citing multiple different reasons. I estimate that they rejected 75% of the claims that were submitted for my wife’s healthcare in 2025. We dropped them like a hot rock!! Bad insurance, not recommended.
This company has the most terrible phone service. I was on the phone trying to get my approved services and they hung up on my call multiple times without calling back. Such a nightmare dealing with this company. Don't buy their insurance.
