I been using my rides for a year and a half. Call the day of to get to the grocery store. And the day before for my doctor appointment. Thursday evening I started to call for a ride for Monday today August 11, I guess the phone was down but I was able to reach someone and they tell me they can't get me a ride it has to be 72 hr in advance and it's now being enforced.
