United Fleet is the ultimate place to service vehicles. Their motto seems to be, “We love your ride as much as you do.” Thanks to the fantastic technicians who always diagnose and fix my car correctly the first time.
I had a very good customer service experience with United fleet. We agreed to 112 dollar price over the phone to diagnose a check engine light on my Mercedes sprinter van and when I got there they were able to clear the codes and since there was no service needed at this time they didn't charge me even though I had already agreed to give them 112 dollars. Nice to see some integrity and compassion in the auto service industry!
