If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. This was my first time using United Fleet, and it will definitely be my last. I took my vehicle in a couple of weeks ago for an oil change and fluid top-off right before a cross-country trip. They told me everything was done and that my car was ready to go. After returning from my trip, my vehicle began having serious issues. It died on me three different times within about ten minutes, and I had to pay $140 to have it towed to another shop. We've been going to UnitedFleet for several years, and have been very satisfied with their service.
Cannot say enough great things about United Fleet in Urbandale and manager Jon. Reasonable prices and genuinely honest. Not a combination you see in a shop that often!
