United healthcare is a joke they don't help you do anything and aren't accepted anywhere. They tell you conflicting information and could care less about you or your families health. They need to be shut down and hope their family goes through same thing and they can't do anything either. I bet they don't even have the same insurance that they work for. A 2 yr old is sick and they won't even help them who does that. Never again you guys SUCK you need to be shut down and quit taking people for their money. You guys are a Joke

My husband had a horrible Wound on his leg. The Nurse coming to attend my husband is awesome. But please be very careful and go through every line of your monthly statements. I just did that today and found all the charges were the same as last months. I called and asked why I had the same charges on my new statement that I had already paid last month.
