Very disappointed. Limited to the area, nonreliable service. Customer service goes down hill quick when you request to transfer service. Looses service going 50+ miles out of town in all directions which is why we switched. Transfer from this cell provider is a complete nightmare. I was more than understanding during the 20+ days it took to release my phone number and completethe transfer. During this time employees where rude, condescending, lack companion and accountability.
