United Windows gets an A++++. I had 3 different companies either ghost me or never show up. George showed up promptly, was very professional, and I highly recommend him for any window project. THAN YOU SO MUCH!
Beyond thankful for their attention to detail, their professionalism, and the quality of their work! We found out the hard way that this level of work is hard to find and are so appreciative we had their team completing our project!
These guys are okay. I have used them for three projects. On all projects, they were a competitive bid and did a good job installing the windows. My big issue with them is a few months after the last project, a window cracked due to a manufacturing defect and was covered under warranty. I called Adrian, and he said to go to the manufacturers website and make a claim. I did that, and they sent the replacement to united windows and siding. They then ghosted me hard. Got our siding and trim fully replaced in October of 2022 but just posting a review now. To make a very long story short, the construction crew did a mostly good job with the siding but left a few things like flashing at the butt joints to be desired. However, upon finding out about this and reaching out to Adrian, he showed the utmost professional nature and remedied the situation at no additional cost. Extremely impressed with Adrian's responsiveness and after this fix, also with the project overall.
United Windows & Siding is ghosting us. They were supposed to be at our home to complete work and never showed up. TWICE! Both with promised work dates well within the means to have time to order materials. The second time within a week of our insurance deadline. So we are screwed. My husband and I are both hardworking professionals with a family and we frankly don’t have time to deal with this mess. So avoid this company at all costs.
