We had some problems with a few of the windows that were installed when our house was built. Called the company and explained the situation. They were responsive and sent us a man named Will to replace the windows in question. What a GREAT job he did! Our windows look wonderful. Thank you Will and thank you United Window and Door Company!
Do not buy from this company. In less than one year I had four problems with my door. It took them over a month to fix them each time. Now the lock is broken a second time and they said we will be out to fix it in 11 days.
