I purchased a United Window and Door (UNW) sliding glass door with installation from lowes. I paid for the product in full upon ordering it on March 11, 2026 the door was delivered and installed on May 6, 2026 and UNW sent a non-keyed locking handle incorrectly. We worked with Lowes and UNW to get the correct handleset and it was shipped directly to me. Then we had to file another warranty claim to get the handle installed. We had some problems with a few of the windows that were installed when our house was built. Called the company and explained the situation. They were responsive and sent us a man named Will to replace the windows in question. What a GREAT job he did! Our windows look wonderful. Thank you Will and thank you United Window and Door Company!

Do not buy from this company. In less than one year I had four problems with my door. It took them over a month to fix them each time. Now the lock is broken a second time and they said we will be out to fix it in 11 days.
