Walked in, had my parts, paid left, limited interaction, didn't have an issue
RUN from this place, awful customer service. I was looking to buy a large quantity of material and the guy that spoke to me (Louis I believe is his name) was extremely rude for no reason. They don't know how to do business or how to treat a client.
Avoid United Wholesale Fence at all costs! I ordered a spindle top fence from them, but when my installer went to pick it up, he was given a lattice fence instead. Because of this, my installer ended up installing the wrong fence, thinking it was the correct order. When I contacted United Wholesale Fence about their mistake, they refused to take responsibility and blamed my installer for not checking the product at pickup.
