I want to thank United Water Restoration Group for the wonderful job they did cleaning up from a sewage overflow due to a blockage. Brian came to assess the job within a couple hours (at 4:30 pm on Thursday) and then had a crew at my house by 9:30 am the next morning. The crew: James, Anton, Everado, and Felix were hard working and professional. From the start of our discovery of mold in our basement all the way to the final mold check, Matt Pavlik and his group a professionals took great care of our family. They came out for the estimation and got back to us right away. They worked with us to make sure that our family was safe during the process of removal. Wonderful experience. Not pushy at all and let us decide which parts to have them do vs us do ourselves. Price was fantastic and it was done quickly. Matt was project manager and James and Felix did the work. Would definitely use again.
