We confirmed all load details—rate, dates, commodity, weight, and more—with your team, and were repeatedly assured that the Rate Confirmation would be sent “shortly.” Despite multiple follow-ups, no confirmation was provided. The truck remained on hold for over two hours, only for us to be told—dismissively—that you’re unsure of the receiver’s availability and therefore cannot send the rate.
