We have used United Van Rentals for 2 years in a row, and Tracy (booking agent) made the entire process extremely easy both times. Here's what stood out: 1. Pick-up and drop-off was in a designated parking area which allowed us to avoid any rental company lines. 2. We rented a 12 passenger van out of Palm Springs last week. When we arrived to our vacation rental, we found out the HOA would not allow vans over 10 passenger. They would not have any exceptions so our party of seven called Tracy and he arranged a van swap for us. He sent someone up , Andy, who was also very pleasant and helpful to swap out vans with us the next day. I had a great experience with this rental. I got a very clean and new 12 passenger van, ample space, strong AC (crucial in the SoCal summer), great service, easy pick up and return. My agent Traci Poor was absolutely awesome, great customer service. I will be using them again and again.
