Great experience renting a 15-person van. The van was easy to drive, super clean, and comfortable. The process of renting and returning the van was made easy by United Van Rentals.
Very easy to work with, great communication and follow up. They helped make our trip a pleasurable experience.
They took the reservation, but did NOT hold the reservation. Said that the reservations are NOT guaranteed. What's the point of making a reservation?? Do yourself a favor, reserve a van from a reputable agency that can HOLD the reservations!
