Large move from Ottawa to Canmore. From the start they made everything painless. Dave was great and coordinated everything well with a very accurate quote. The packers and movers were all kind and professional with excellent attention to detail. All my things arrived on time in perfect condition. Would highly recommend and choose them again without hesitation.
The crew unloading were amazing
Our recent move with United was a surprisingly pleasant experience. The team was very responsive and personal and really helped to calm stressed out seniors moving for the first time in 36 years. These guys worked very hard and very skilfully. Their knowledge base and suggestions on managing the many questions was impressive. They handled difficult moving challenges very well. Van door leaked causing the loss of 2 dressers. Plus they broke a bookcase and big indents in my rower which will end up rusting since its so deep. I filed the claim, they offered the amounts of 2 items without tax and shipping, and they offered 30% less of the other dresser without tax and shipping also. We are also living with our clothes in boxes since two dressers are destroyed, and the one they want us to order isnt even available.
