Do not hire this company. They do not respect you or your property and after the damaged your stuff they won't take responsibility for their neglect. They caused $22000 worth of property damage to our property during our move and will do everything they can to shaft you only any claim. They loaded the truck to the roof throwing stuff in piling heavy stuff on fragile and expensive stuff. Other than the cost of the move, using United was a positive experience. Aundrey from Sudbury and the driver Chachi where more than helpful with any and everything I needed to know. Could use a few tweaks to improve the experience for the person moving. Not knowing the amount of my bill and the very few excepted methods of payments added a little stress. Large move from Ottawa to Canmore. From the start they made everything painless. Dave was great and coordinated everything well with a very accurate quote. The packers and movers were all kind and professional with excellent attention to detail. All my things arrived on time in perfect condition. Would highly recommend and choose them again without hesitation.
