We were told, during an on sight appraisal, our final total would in no way exceed the quote issued and agreed upon. 24 hours before our move was set to begin, we were informed additional aid, hours and costs would be necessary to transport our belongings to the truck assigned to our job because the loading dock and location was not documented or assessed with accuracy by the appraiser.
