United Trust Bank gets 5 stars, but our loan officer deserves 10, just like his last name. Lucky me, after two years of medical and financial uncertainty and not knowing if any day we would receive a home foreclosure notification, Mr. **** rescued me from a previous loan modification paperwork black hole that nobody could figure out for over 12 months. I give United Bank Trust 5-Stars, because my experience with them was absolutely that! This mortgage team worked tirelessly and efficiently on my cash-out refi (payoff high-interest credit, and cash pay-out to me), in HI (outside of their normal service region). ***This was a $1 milllion loan, and the fees and services were less than $18k (They are truly out to serve their customers, and not rip them off).I give *********************** ******************** my absolute top praise.
