Took my 2015 Ram 3500 to them to have it checked after they told me that the transmission need to be rebuild. I told him that that transmission was actually had been rebuilt by road. Run transmission later, roadrun transmission. Rude owner, Max, contacted them. How to talk with them, obviously, cause then United transmission started, saying it wasn't computer. /electrical issue. I had an outstanding experience with United Transmissions Inc in ABQ. My sprinter broke down on a Wednesday, and I was able to get it to their shop late that same day. I ended up needing a full transmission replacement, and they had me back on the road by Friday morning. I was seriously impressed with how quickly they were able to diagnose the issue, source the transmission, and complete the swap. They rebuilt differential and serviced the transmission. I went back and met the man that worked on it. He had saved all the old parts for me to inspect. Very nice and honest personnel.
These guys were awesome. Very knowledgeable. We drove into Albuquerque from Texas and were experiencing a clunk in the transmission. They checked it out, calmed our concerns, explained what was happening and didn’t charge us for the diagnostics. A business with integrity!!
My transmission burned up. They explained what caused it and what was needed to prevent failure in the future. While I waited for the repair, I was able to verify exactly what they told me via several forums. I was even able to find that it happens to over 20% of vehicles in my same situation.
