These guys were awesome. Very knowledgeable. We drove into Albuquerque from Texas and were experiencing a clunk in the transmission. They checked it out, calmed our concerns, explained what was happening and didn’t charge us for the diagnostics. A business with integrity!!

My transmission burned up. They explained what caused it and what was needed to prevent failure in the future. While I waited for the repair, I was able to verify exactly what they told me via several forums. I was even able to find that it happens to over 20% of vehicles in my same situation. It was a very painful expense, but the information provided was above and beyond accurate. The 20% information was not from them, it was from the forums I reviewed. My husband's transmission went out just outside of Santa Rosa on his way from Indiana to Arizona. The guys at United were super friendly and helpful! They already had a rebuilt trans there and put it in within a day for a great price! The new trans made it all the way to the grand canyon, back and forth to vegas a couple of times, and now back to Indiana! It's definitely a trustworthy place to take your car!
