I found out the hard way. DO NOT trust Larry and Dale. After two months and $3,000+ my transmission is not working. It's a shady operation. They will not refund my money on a vehicle that still has a check engine light on and no reverse. They never answer their phone or call you back. They should have been up front and said, "We can't repair this."
I would NEVER recommend that anyone take their vehicle to United Transmission. My fiance recently took his truck there. It was determined (by the warranty company) that the exhaust manifold needed replaced. The truck was in the shop for OVER A MONTH! The people never proactively called to provide updates, nor did they answer their phone or return their calls.
